Ok ok OK! God how many times do I need to learn the same lesson all over again?!?
Lesson: if I wake up and have a slight sharp pain in my calf - TAKE THE DAY OFF! So now instead of just taking one day off, I will probably not run for a week. Today is Tuesday and I'm still laid up, leg on ice or limping around the house. Uggh...
